KIRYU
Another member of the student council, Kiryu prides himself on maintaining the moral integrity of Lapistoria's school. That, to him, means that everyone should follow the rules and behave themselves, and not actively try to cause chaos. But unfortunately, the school is full of rowdy teens, some of which have magical powers, and Professor Madoka keeps hitting on him (one of her MANY issues), so... it's safe to say that the moral integrity is in complete chaos.
In this game, he wields the white jewel lapis.
乱れた風紀に天罰を by "風紀委員 桐生" (Akhuta with Hiroyuki Endo) is his song.
IN THE STORY
Kiryu first appears in Madoka's unlock story to try and stop her from corrupting anyone's morals, which ultimately doesn't go anywhere as she slips away while he lectures Hiumi. His own unlock story is a side story in which he tries to deal with her choice of clothes, learning in the process that the students think he's too strict. It wavers him for a bit, but he knows what he's doing is just.
Sumire is his #1 enemy, showing up in his story, and he shows up in hers, and they are NOT on good terms.

- Kiryu's birthday is on January 20th.
- The white jewel lapis is shared with Eclipse.
- In his 2P palette, Kiryu wields the purple jewel lapis.
- Hiumi appears in his FEVER and Win animations, Miyu appears in his Win animation, and Madoka appears in his FEVER Win and Lose animations.
- Playing as or against Kiryu will yield diamond effects in the background.
- As Kiryu's song is narrated instead of sung, his voice actor can be considered Hiroyuki Endo, of whose other roles I'm not aware of. He ridicules the twins for how they're dressed, tells someone (unsure who, though I have a few ideas) to stop using a broom as a guitar (and if they insist, to at least hold it correctly), and tries to stop Rinka and Retsu from using their powers. So just another chaotic day.
- Kiryu's Twitter kaomoji were с□へ□]✧, с□o□]✧, and с□ー□]✧ when Lapistoria was active. He announced the news from May 19th, 2015, to June 30th, 2015.
- The kanji forming his name (桐生) can refer to the empress tree (Paulownia tomentosa), a massive tree native to central and western China. Its flowers are large and purple, which his 2P lapis color may reference.

Most normal student in Lapistoria, and he's fine in my book, but I think everyone would hate his guts because he tries too hard. The idea is silly to me, hehe.
