It's the Electro Idol Nia, coming to you live from Lapistoria! A deeply anxious girl who prefers to be alone and doesn't like making eye contact with others, her love of music carries her through the tides of life. She has a twin brother, Toa, who supports her career in any way that he can.
In this game, she wields the purple tear lapis.
ラピストリアの約束 by positive MAD-crew (Des-ROW) is her song.
IN THE STORY
Deceptively important to the story with quite a powerful lapis. After a not-so-brief bout of getting brainwashed by Lapis Origin for its goals of remaking Lapistoria, her lapis and Toa's end up being the only ones left in all the world, everyone's last hope of getting back to the Pop'n World. The only caveat, though, is that they wouldn't be able to go back themselves. Even as her brother and Tsugidoka offer to stay behind so she won't be alone, she ends up taking the 2nd lapis and sends everyone home, wanting their wishes to play Pop'n to be fulfilled...
...meanwhile, in a side story that takes place before all of this, Usanuko drags her into a battle to see who's the better idol. Nia is not at all amused and just wants to go home. Take that as you will considering what happens in the story later on.

- Nia's birthday is on June 10th.
- In her 2P palette, Nia wields the green tear lapis. This corresponds with Toa's 1P palette and his lapis!
- Toa appears in her FEVER Win animation if he's unlocked. If he's not unlocked, only the Win animation will play regardless of if your Groove Gauge is full or not.
- Playing as or against Nia will yield diamond effects in the background.
- Her song's name translates to "Lapistoria's Promise." This deserves to be acknowledged here, yes, leave me alone...
- Nia's Twitter kaomoji was『))Ծ_Ծ,,) when Lapistoria was active. She announced the news on February 5th, 2015, vanished for a while, and returned from February 19th, 2015, to February 27th, 2015. One can only assume she vanished because she made a mistake in announcing Roki's side story being available...
- Nia's name is derived from the vocalist for her original songs (except for Over in Unilab), who goes by Nia-chan. If you wanna be more precise, she goes by ニアちゃんのうたのひとより (the person singing Nia's song or something to that effect).

If you know me personally, you may probably know that I have way too many headcanons for Nia. And I'm not sorry about that. She's just so extremely important to me in a way that I don't think I can ever convey. But just know that she means a lot to dear ol' Bolt. You'll have to forgive me for her overabundance on this site!
Oh yeah, she showed up quite a few times with Retsu in promotional material for Lapistoria... I won't say her overall role in the story was small (maybe it was, but she's very important), but that kinda makes me wonder if they were cooking something more with those two? I think they should hang out.
