| Maybe this is unusual for Pop'n? But I tried to make it appear as if little time had passed between his last appearance. Take a closer look! His hair... it's grown a little (lol) It looks like he's been so busy with the revolution that he hasn't had time to get a haircut... But since it didn't grow out like Sumiko or Momoko's, it's really hard to notice! I thought about changing the color of his clothes pretty drastically, but it's kinda hard to do that when his name is a color! |

| Black was born in a test tube at a top-secret facility, raised for the sole purpose of combat. It's said that an explosion occurred at that facility, leading to several of the workers involved there disappearing. Other workers might have been instrumental in making that explosion happen, too... A few years later, the ripples of revolution began to spread from a certain rubble-ridden city. |

| Woah, déjà vu! Haven't I written something like this before?! Black's revolution is reaching the point where those small ripples will soon turn into massive waves... so I tried to increase the intensity of his animations, starting with his MISS. It's the sort of thing that'll make a player do a double take, thinking "Wh... are you okay?!". |

Black's gotten quite a few crossover songs since this one, and even an original! He received the BandMeshi song 叛逆のディスパレート (Disparate Rebellion) in Peace (SP 3P palette), DUAL STRIKER by Fernweh, Moimoi, L.E.D and HuΣeR from the BEMANI 2021真夏の歌合戦5番勝負 event in Kaimei (SP 1P palette), and the original song 明滅の果てに (At the End of the Flickering) by the band ELFENSJóN in UniLab (LT 1P palette)! He also received the opening of Attack on Titan as a license in Lapistoria (SP 3P), but it was removed in Usaneko.
