Jade's song, created by the elusive ZERO+ZIBA! Well, not exactly elusive. Composed by wac and arranged by kors k. A deadly duo delivers a hardcore instrumental befitting a midboss!

It starts calmly enough, but everything changes with a shout... You just broke it!!!

ZIBA (kors k)	This is ZIBA from ZERO+ZIBA! It's been a while since Remain!
	ZERO+ZIBA songs are mainly composed by ZERO and arranged by me, ZIBA. We made this song with somewhat dark eyes and a very strong feeling in our minds. The arrangement puts a lot of emphasis on the momentary beauty and fragility of innocence through distorting (or should I say straining?) the sound. Making "Innocence" the perfect title for it!
	ZERO's phrases and sound choices were very consistent, so I had a lot of fun thinking about how to tweak them.

ZERO (wac)	It has been a long time since I have spoken to you. This is ZERO.
	How have you all fared since visiting the ruins four years ago? This unit's survival was hanging in the balance, but we sniffed out the magnetic field of a powerful new place known as Lapistoria and safely reappeared. When that happened, I remember saying "I don't want to make a boss song again." And I was met with this response; "Then please make a mid-boss song." Let this be a lesson to future generations that compromise is inevitable.
	This time, we have created a theme for the main figure driving the end of Lapistoria, the young chairman. As the giggly personality of the chairman becomes more and more pronounced, I composed this theme to reflect the cruelty that can hide in the innocence and mischief of a child. My use of childish instruments and melodies, then, are beautifully merged with ZIBA's dark and chaotic arrangement. It is the sort of song that personifies his distinctive giggle.
	To tell the truth, ZERO+ZIBA is built on the deep trust I have when I think "ZIBA is on my side, and ZIBA can do anything!". When I forget all of this, I will return to bring more mischief, so please look forward to it. Next time, I would like to make anything but a mid-boss song.

Chihi	Hello, everyone; this is Jade, the board chairman with a distinct giggle who aims to become a god.
	As expected of ZERO+ZIBA, the song didn't arrive for quite some time, leaving the team to feel like we had reached the goal past a surprisingly empty field. Taking Nia and Toa under his control, having inherited the principal's genes, serving as the antithesis of Black and triggering Retsu's rampage, Jade aspires to become a god. We were in a tough spot, but having the keywords of "young chairman" helped us come up with a design really easily. He's fused with- and has been eroded by- his lapis, barely maintaining a human form at times. While the diamonds in his hair look ornamental, they're actually lapis shards jutting out from his body. Simply put, I thought the concept looked so cool on Io after looking at him, so I brought it here.
	For his giggling Neutral animation, I tried to make it cuter than it was off-putting without having it be just a smile. It was hard to mix the vertical movement of laughing with the horizontal swaying to the music, which I think you can see if you play with him yourself. The Miss animation, the 3-frame transformation sequence as a result of his lapis erosion, was a very important part of this child, and I knew I wanted to make this animation from the beginning. But because Pop'n animations tend to be so short, I was worried I wouldn't be able to convey it properly... I pushed myself a bit too hard trying to make it work, but looking at the final result, I'm glad I did! His black and red 2P palette is a little more evil-looking, so I recommend it for everyone who enjoys evil boys.
	Jade, I know you’ve been through a lot during the story, but if you still want to become a god, I think you should give it another shot!

Jade would eventually go on to get other songs (not other animations, though, Konami is too lazy for that!)- Prey from the BEMANI SUMMER GREETINGS event in Usaneko (composed by SYUNN/Dustup) and Majestaria in Kaimei Riddles (composed by onoken). The latter is a little bit like Innocence, in a way. Highly recommend listening to both!
